Principles
Apple English Network is built on three basic principles: our
classes are conducted by Native English Speakers, our teachers
are certifed EFL instructors, and most importantly each class
is taught by a homeroom-style English teacher.
Apple English Network teachers are native
English speakers, dedicated teachers who take the responsibility
of teaching English seriously. They have all studied Japanese
and are able to communicate with parents on a regular basis so
any concerns can be addressed immediately. Parents don't have
to worry about how to communicate with teachers at Apple English
Network.
Apple English Network Instructors are
dedicated to teaching English as a Foreign Language in Japan.
They are active membe s and contributors to national English
Language Teaching associations such as English Teachers in Japan
(ETJ) and the Japan Association for Language Teaching (JALT).
We are committed to continuing education, frequently attending
and presenting at conferences across Japan, intent on constantly
improving teaching methods and materials in order to give our
students their best chance for success. Other schools boast a
'native-speaker' but being a native speaker of any language doesn't
qualify someone to teach that language. Apple English Network
teachers are certified in the field of teaching English as a
Foreign Language, so you can be sure your child is getting the
best English education.
At Apple English Network your child's
teacher does not change. This simple, basic promise to you is
one of the Apple English Network rises above others. At most
schools foreign teacher turnover rate is at a maddeningly rate
of one (or more) per year. A “teacher” at a typical English schools
comes to Japan, “teaches” for a short time and returns to their
home country, leaving behind confused and disappointed students.
And the cycle begins again. At Apple English Network every school
is owned and operated by one dedicated, professional teacher.
When you preview a class, you will see the actual teacher who
will be teaching your child, not some fake super-teacher paid
to get you to sign up only to shuttle your child to another class
with a revolving-door “teacher.”
